broken and shredded belts????
ok so i was driving my fb after finally getting it fixed (changing coolant, belts, rear lifts) and she was running fine let her warm up n everything about 40 min after about 3 stops im on the highway when i hear this horrible noise coming from the engine stops and then goes agian, then it starts smoking so i pull off and pop it up and one of the belts is shredded and the rubber from it is being burned (wtf) so i let it cool down and drive it to a parking lot close by and pop it up agian to find the shredded belts still on but another belt i believe the air pump broken... i had it towed back home and now i have no idea what went on. any help is appreacited

By "drive belt pulley," do you mean the large one at the bottom?
If yes, that's your e-shaft (crankshaft) pulley. it should take a serious push to turn, as you're turning the whole engine against compression. The rest should all turn freely.
Next step would be to put new belts on, making sure you get the right ones in the right places and tensioned properly, and to make sure that all the pulleys are lined up straight with the e-shaft pulley.
With some of the accessories (the alternator, smog pump, and I think the power steering) it's possible to put them on with spacers in the wrong order, or missing required shims, so that you end up with a belt that has to flex sideways in order to rotate: that kills belts fast. They have to run straight.

when my water pump seized it made a crazy loud screeching sound followed by smoke then the belt snapping then all the dummy lights coming on......i actually drove it home keeping an eye on the temp gauge........anytime it went half way i shut it down and chilled for a bit. I WOULD NOT DO THAT AGAIN! i should have towed it home.
