Daily drive, eh? Any big portwork at all = no daily driver. Bridgeport = hard to drive on the street. Period.
You need to decide right now - do you want to daily drive this car or do you want to build the craziest motor you can build? Those two do not go hand in hand even in the slightest bit.
I suggest you spend the next few days hitting the search button to figure out your real options.
And by the way, may I ask why you are so against turbochargers?

I would keep the primaries stock and port out the endplates. For a strong n/a motor consider bridgeporting the auxillary ports (5th & 6th ports only) or do a large streetport like mine and keep the auxillaries functional. Stay with the stock SE rotors and flywheel, the heavier weight helps with low end torque. This will give a very streetable combination with good torque and a wide powerband. This streetport setup is what is in my black SE.
