Blue smoke when reving....
Ok.. so I did a search and didn't come up with quite my situation here. So heres what happens.. If I let the car sit in a parking lot and rev the engine, lets say 6K - 7K like 3 or 4 times the car will start bellowing blue smoke out the back.. but if I do the same thing while driving which is all the time I don't get any smoke at all. When the car starts up theres never any smoke and it runs perfectly and passed smog just a few weeks ago with only 70 HC..... So ideas?

Well it seems like the o-rings are starting to die. Unless somehow you are getting some oil into your intake when it sits down.

All of those are symptoms of bad oil seals. Check out http://members.ij.net/mrmazda/cfaqtext.html#SSTART and you should get you answer.

Your motor is dying. Probably because you sit in the parking lot and rev it to redline repeatedly. What the hell did you expect?
Next it will start blowing some more smoke and flames while you are beating the crap out of it on the highway, and you'll think it's really cool, and show off to your buddies at night when they are behind you...and then *poof* your rear housing will take a **** on you. Have fun. And start gathering a spare motor to rebuild and streetport.

Ok, since my weak attempt at humor above wasn't taken that well, I'll try a new tactic.

This like really helped.. http://members.ij.net/mrmazda/cfaqtext.html#SSTART
It is actually a very dark blue smoke which indicates that the fuel mixture is too rich.. I might try adjusting it.
I think I will try Gump's suggestion with the OMP too because I know there is something up with it because it is leaking a little bit of oil.
Oh yeah and before I get flammed again for "beating" up my car by reving it to 7K all the time, i race the car quite a bit (on a track before I get flamed for that one too) so its normal state of operation is usually 6K - 7K and if I have to rebuild the engine because of it oh ******* well.. you pay to play. I'm not here to get flamed by jerks like you I really wanted to know for sure if the engine is going out or if there are some other things I can try before dropping a few grand on a new engine.

Take three (not on an empty stomach, it'll just aggravate you even more!) and call me in the morning.
Actually if you read what I wrote I was telling you about how a very similar incident happened to an RX7 in the family. Similar symptoms, similar outcome. If you don't like my method of storytelling...don't read it. If you re-read it again, I was only mildly flaming you. Mostly for your ricey revving - again, what did you expect?
Yes, it *could* be the OMP wacking off in your chambers, but the way you described your problem, methinks....not.
Oh yeah and before you flamme <sic> me again - Any "racer" in the world knows that blue smoke = oil, black smoke = rich fuel, white smoke = coolant. So you might want to hang around the pits a bit more before you pop an attitude. And, while you're there, you may want to start searching for a good mechanic to rebuild your motor when it says goodbye.
Goodbye.

Can you feel the love?
If the car doesn't puke oil out the back when driving and shifting, you may be all right for a while yet. What kind of exhaust do you have? I certainly noticed an increase in oil smoke after I ditched my thermal reactor and heat exchanger for the RB header/presilencer setup.
