Blow through jetting Querry (hangar rebuild)

I'm amassing the necessary parts to tear into my Holley 650 that I'll use on my setup. I'll be using the walk through from hangar18fabrication.com/blowthru.html

I'm curious about how much I should drill out the PVCRs, if at all for the 200-300hp range?

I'm also wondering if anyone can help me with choosing the proper primary and secondary jet sizes?

One last thing. I'm looking at running -6an, 3/8" fuel line with a 1/2" return line. Would this be sufficient?

I'm running a 650dp and a Garrett A/R .42 T3/T4 with the stock spring...7lbs, I'm guessing? I don't really want to go further than that.

Thanks guys!

Don't drill the pvcrs untill you start tunning (you can't un do it ) on my 600 I think I had 65 pri. And 85 sec for 5 psi, on a stock port 12a

That fuel line is fine, I ran 3/8 supply and 5/16 Return no problem, what pump are you using?

Thanks for the reply!
I'm going to run a Holley blue pump with an Aeromotive RR FPR. I haven't gotten around to plumbing the fuel sys, yet. I wanted to be sure about the line sizes.

I forgot to mention that the setup is on a large streetport 12a
