had some time to check this today, no leaks which makes sense as im not seeing fluid loss, took the car for another drive and the brakes seem slighlty better, the handbrake is poor so im sure its something to do with the 2 bleed nipples on the rear calipers, i will bleed it all again, and if i still have too much travel i will adjust the pedal (brakes do work just lots of travel!)

The handbrake is all mechanical, fluid does not operate it. Handbrake is adjusted at the handbrake lever inside the car. Under the cover.

i have given it a good adjustment already, will get the rear in the air and fine tune it!
why the 2 nipples on the rear calipers? i have been bleeding from both but guess the top (bottom one on the stock fc set up) is the one to use?
