best street set up for 12a.. 13b?

I just car my car a few weeks ago and I found a 85 gls-se engine. I am running a 12a stock except its stripted of its airpump, rats nest, AC and soon the clutch fan(as soon as I figure out where to wire the electric fan,any clues?) ohh and its also got posi rear.

What would produce the best power output? and with what set up? I am hopeing to put down atleast 200 the cheaper hope I don't get stoped for excessive noise polution way.

the fan can be wired one of two ways. thru a toggle switch like i have mine or controlled by a thermostat. either way, it has to go thru a relay. if u get a new fan, it'll have wiring instructions, as do relays have how to wire them.

power isn't cheep, the question is how fast can u afford to go. to get 200 at the wheels, u'll need some kind of porting, which means a rebuild. u can save alot of money doing the build urself.

what I was initialy planning was as soon as I get the 85' 13b.. get a rebuild and bridge port it. Then toss it in. What i'll plan to do is send the housings somewhere to get ported and stuff. When I am done with the 13b I plan on doing something similar to the 12a. That way I will have 2 engines built good and strong. I am still debateing either hooking the car up to run fast with the 12A or with the 13B. If I get a RB exhaust for the 12A would it fit on the 13B. I have an exsisting exhaust leak now I want to redo the whole exhaust instead of just repairing the leak.

As far as the fans go... Its not an aftermarket fan, there from a 2004 hundiey that I found in the wreak yard. The fans are practically new and have allmost no dust or oil on them. Should clean up very quickly. The harness are only 2 wires a blue and black on one and, red and black on the other.

What if a hard wire it to the fuse box, so that it turn on with the key..?

Whatever engine you get (I've had 12A SP & 13B SP custom) go for a Racing Beat exhaust set up. Adds HP to any rotary.
