Where is a good hidden place to mount a battery cut off switch that would be easily accesable?

someone had figured out a way to make the actual lighter a switch, so the car would run when it was pushed in, and wouldn't if it wasn't....

I think that'd be the best way to make a kill switch.... what theif would think to push the cigarette lighter in before starting the car?

Edit:

found it:

the wires coming off the lighter are tiny

You ARE using a solenoid right?

You can't just hook the battery leads up to a switch to kill power to your vehicle.... well. you could, but it has to be a very large switch.... much easier buying a cheap solenoid and wiring it up to a smaller, remote switch (cigarette lighter)

I used the rear wiper switch that was in the center arm rest area. I hated having the extra weight of the motor hanging off the back glass so I removed it and swaped in a GS glass.

Looks are key, if you don't have cruise control, which is the switch that is right next to the rear wiper switch on my car, you can alway find the switch panel piece on Ebay. It pop right into all other 81-83 coin trays, plus it is factory.

Yes relay and solenoid is the correct way to do the installation, especially if you don't want to be on the side of the road.
