are they short enough to stay top fire, I figured they have to be converted, but havent seen a 'set' answer.
also .050 for leading and .085 for trailing is what Yaw has, any luck with this setup, sound close?
thanks

Convert them to side fire. If you don't the apex seals will hit them. Gaping is about right but experiment here. I hope you have some form of direct fire. If not they probably won't work as good as the stock plugs. Be careful with those autolites. They have a VERY short lifespan. Be careful the ceramic doesn't crack and fall through the engine. I had 2 plugs do that on my old 2nd gen motor. Still ran but when I rebuilt it I could see exactly which plug had broken just by looking at the rotor housings. With a direct fire system the power increase is impressive for the amount of work and money involved. I've had better luck with NGK BP7ES plugs converted to side fire. I buy them at a local motorcycle shop for a few bucks each. They are what is currently in my GSL-SE. I only use them on leading and use 2nd gen plugs on trailing.
