i don't know if anyone else has done this mod but i was thinking about that one too. i jsut quit smoking so i don't need it, and a gague would fit well right there. very easy to see. i was just thinking about fabricating a plastic piece to fit in the space and the set the gague in that.

Going to do this very soon except there will be a cd player in place of the ashtray and cigarette lighter, with gauges above it where the radio usually is. 3 small gauges fit in there very nicely.
