Scott Mohler's neon is quick though got to respect those mopars.

Where I live (outside USA)...

My friends neon is like the car for me to beat...currently at n/a he is running high 14s and will run with my 85 rx7 after I'm done with my mods. We both run in the same class.

So I'm basically perussing all the neons boards and know a bit about them....tough contenders those freaking neons. Got to respect them. They weight exactly the same as our FBs at around 2350lbs and the twin cam engines come stock with about 150hp. Slap exhaust, cams, AFX PCms, TB and that jumps to about 170hp, head work and more tricks gets you to 190hp. Still just slap a stratus/caravan block 2.4 l and are way over 200hp almost stock...no high comp pistons...high comp pistons 300hp and so on...

Seems like i will be doing some cool porting ...to get to the 200hps...

and also before that Nawss... for tha street...

They may weigh the same and put out hella HP, but FBs still get down the track faster.

But it is kinda wierd how he ran it faster, but didn't end with higher speed?

yeeesh?! 20b!!!! Doesn't all-motor have restrictions? I guess they might have thought that having 2.6 liters instead of 1.3 would even out the odds a bit.

20B = 2.0
26B = 2.6

A 13B has a working displacement of 2.6L. Rotors are like two strokes in that they do twice the amount of work as a four stroke engine per revolution.

I understand this. It has been covered. Mazda says it's 1.3 liters, I am going off of that.

My two-stroke 951cc Sea-Doo puts out about 200hp, but it IS a 951cc. If we were to go off of of power strokes, then that is another can of worms.

Cool hey!

I saw that car on ESPN2 a couple weeks ago. Every once and a while they will show import drags on "In The Drivers Seat". On the last show I saw, they showed the all-motor finals and that exact car won the race. I was like..."That's my car!" It was pretty cool.
