i think there's like 3 manufacturers that make wheels that look like panasports. konig, rota, and watanabe. then there's the old school mesh style by enkei, autobaun, and another i can't quite remember right now.

In case you haven't discovered this yet, the GSL-SE model has 4x114.3 bolt pattern and all other FBs/SAs are 4x110. Just letting you know so you buy the right ones for your model

I suggest you look around
I'm selling my advan brand YH rims my pops just bought for 750$+ shipping They fit a 79-82 .

The YH 4 bolt pattern fit a 79-81. Id put them in my car but I don't have enough cash to buy wheels ( the wheels are dry rotted) and I just dropped 400$ on tires for my wheels which are objectively better than anything you can get on stock rims.

All '79-'85 12A cars have the same bolt pattern; 4x110mm. The most popular size for aftermarket wheels is 15x7" with a 20mm offset. The rims shown up top are all available with this sizing (Panasport, ROTA RB, Konig Rewinds, Enkies, etc etc.)

The '84-'85 GSL-SE model has 4x114.3 bolt pattern and different backspacing (as derSchwamm mentioned) but your SpecialEdition has the standard 4x110..

My 7 is brilliant black. leaning toward konig 15 inch rewinds. with those and different tires I'll save 8 pounds a wheel plus spare
vs waffle wheels. 40 pounds of unsprung weight is huge.

cant decide if I want the silver ones or the two tone polished rim and black. Apparently I have a rare color. Cant find one with rewinds on it.

I was looking for a set of wheels for my 85 GSL-SE a few years ago and gave up looking for 14" and went looking for a 15" rim. The market for wheels (and the folks who make them) are focused on 18" and up and not really a market for 14" 15" wheels with the 4 x 4.113 bolt pattern that the GSL-SE has. Dual drilled wheels don't appeal to me and I wanted wheels that have the right offset to fit inside my wheel wells. The roads where I live are in bad shape and didn't want to spend the money on Panasports at the time and risk the damage (though they are still on my wish-list). I found these four lug rims with the right offset ebay marketed for another vehicle and they fit the bill for me until such time as I can afford a set of gloss black/polished lip Panasport rims.

ebay wheels
ort rims.

Thanks Ray! I managed to pick up these of of someone who was told they were 4x114. In didn't need hub centric adapters or longer lug bolts. I also found some turbine wheels that I didn't like after putting them on. Too American muscle. Pic below.

Morris Minor:

It's not an MGB, the door dents rule that out.

Still looks Brittish to me.
