I was looking threw a local scrap yards inventory today online. i cam across a listing for a plastic fuel cell or so they say for my car a 84 12a. Any way i am wondering if there just calling it a fuel cell or where there aftermarket plastic tanks made for these cars. If so its only 35 bucks lol. Just want to clairfy with some people if there was indeed a platic tank made for these. Thanks guys

i wouldn't think that it would be a complete 16.6 gal tank that would be a direct fit. probably a universal cell that will hold 2-3 gallons. i'd be interested to see the thing though.

For that cheap id be very curious if it would even stand up to gas and not just dissolve, or its as ^ said and could be the 3 gallon universal cell

according the notes left on there hollander system which is the database they use it is new!!!! so who knows guess i will just have to call in the morning. I just didnt know if anyone ever made plastic ones for fb's
