GA Adjusting vacuum secondaries?

To me it seems like it is taking longer for my secondaries to open.Is there a way to adjust them or do i have a issue?I am running a R/B Holley 465 carb and intake.

I believe the vacuum secondaries cannot be tested without a load. Free revving and driving would
net different results. Does the car feel sluggish?

yeah they sell different springs that adjust when and how fast the secondaries open. although you wanna be sure that that is the reason your car is feeling sluggish

you can cut the spring inside the diaphragm box shorter by about 1/3

failing that convert to mech secondaries

I use a quick fuel diaphram so the secondaries are adjustable externally
