Adapter fittings for AC lines at firewall

Well I screwed up. The sanden compressor on a FC doesn't have the freon service ports on the compressor, they have them on the lines. The car is long gone so I can't find FC AC lines. Anybody know the size and maybe website I can order right angle fittings to go to the AC lines and then to the evaporator at the firewall wall lines? I see autozone has some 45 degree ones with low and high side ports but I don't know if the size and pitch are correct. Help?

I have a set of FC AC lines if you need them, or photos. What are you working on, a first gen with a 2nd gen AC compressor? I just installed a 2nd gen condenser in my 81 and it's a definite improvement.

Complete FC subframe power train swap in an 83. Complete 13b egi swap. It had a working AC on the 12a it's just the service ports aren't on the compressor on an FC So I need to find a way to adapt some in. I thought a right angle adapter at the firewall be the easiest. If not ill just have them butt spliced Into the hose. I don't think FC lines would do me any good really shaped wrong.

Oh, I see. I have a low side port in the elbow at the firewall. I bought the hoses and fittings then had them crimped. I just didn't like the fittings on the compressor for some reason.
Check your receiver drier for a port, some of them have one. I have 2 low side ports and I think 3 high side, I used what I had laying around.

Yeah I guess I'll just order barbed fittings and crimp them. I just didn't want to hack the hose but guess it really doesn't matter. It's not going back to a 12a anyway. I bought #10 low and #8 high side. I could be wrong on the high side but i vac and fill on low anyway.

Thanks

I'd love to see some pics of the work when finished. That's always been something I've contemplated doing.

No doubt the small condenser on a 1st gen contributes to the lame A/C performance every 1st gen I've owned has and that's with R12.

How hard was it to hook up?
