As far as the fuse goes - I'm pretty sure it's a 15 amp.... let me check my haynes manual....
Hmmmm.... the haynes says 10A, but I've got a 15A in mine, 'cause 10A seems a bit low for that many lights, and the fact that mine keeps blowing (probably something grounding out)
I'd say a 15 amp fuse couldn't hurt too much... But 10A is what it says...

For your retractable lights check and see if the switch at the bottom of your dash is connected the one to flip up your lights to clean and spray your lights because if that is disconnected it will not go back down

I once got fooled by a fuse in a Civic Si that looked fine to the eye, in bright sunlight. I drove around for a month or two with no radio or interior lights before someone clued me in to the fact that sometimes fuses fail without getting all melted and smoky. I swapped in a new one and everything worked.
Now if something fuseable quits, I look at the fuse, set it down where it won't get mixed up, and slip in an exact replacement. But it hasn't happened since...

There is also the dimmer switch which when that goes no gauge lights work which you just disconect and use a power tester to see if it is that if there is power then it is the dimmer switch. Then to bypass it just hock the red ones together

Dude probably found the two Automatic shifter illumination wires disconnected and hooked them togeher... Pull your shifter surround trim and find two bullet connectors. Disconnect them from each other. Theres those two and a 4 wire connector... They are all from the same harness. Once you do that, you'll also need to replace your dimmer switch or bypass it as it's fried a transistor in it.
