'85 GSL For Sale

Hello all. I joined this because I need to sell an 85 GSL.
It belonged to my wife, she passed away in September of this year.
She bought it with about 10k miles on it and she was the second owner.
It now has roughly 90k (haven't looked in a while) on it but it is very dependable.
I have always kept it in a garage for her. She quit driving it years ago because she wanted to have it restored. It's still in pretty good shape. runs and drives great. Interior is intact, dash, console etc. are perfect. Carpet even looks good.
Seats need to be recovered, steering wheel also. AC doesn't work, not sure why, front brakes have been totally gone thru, I change the oil every year even though she wasn't driving it. I think there is an issue with the radio and the clock. Cruise control works great. I need to sell it for financial reasons, my wife didn't have any life insurance and I have some major medical bills to pay. I really wouldn't mind keeping the car but if I could find somebody that would take good care of her Mazdogg as she called it, I would let it go to the right person. I know it's probably not worth much, has a little rust and a few dents but it's never been majorly wrecked other than slow speed fender benders in the driveway and it's bone stock, brown in color. If anybody is interested, please let me know.
It really is a nice car for a daily driver and it's even clean enough to be made bad ***!!
I hope to find a better home for it, it's a shame that it just sits in the garage.
I'm located in Omaha Nebraska.
Chris

sorry for your loss, Mazdogg. for best results, you'll want to post this in the for sale/wanted section and you'll want to post up some pics. seems like a decent car. make sure you post up an asking price. thats one of the requirements of that forum section.

with 90k i would put it on ebay.
most people are suckers for a low odometer reading car.
i wouldnt be surprised if it went for $2500+
on here you'd be lucky to get $1500.

It really is a decent car, I wish I didn't have to sell it. It's a blast to drive.
Never driven a car that handles like that until I met my wife and drove hers.
Only thing that scares me about Ebay is I don't have any idea what kind of person is buying the car. For sentimental reasons, I'd really like to see it go to a hardcore enthusiast. I'd take less money to see it go to the right home. I really don't even know what the car is worth to be honest with you.
Thanks for all the advice guys, I will repost this in the proper area (sorry, I'm new).

It's cool. Sorry for the loss. Ya, post this in the 1st gen for sale section. If the paints not faded and it runs real good and everything else is like you say it is i would say $2,000. Pics will help too. Hope everything works out on the sell. God bless

Condolences on your loss, and good luck on getting the car sold to somebody who will take care of it.
