Question 83 clock to gauge conversion - possible?

I wanna replace the clock on my 83 with a gauge of some kind. Not sure what, may be water or oil temp, something like that. My question is: Does any company make a rectangular gauge that will fit in that hole and look stock? Just curious, since my clock died and my head unit has one that is always displayed, so I might as well do something useful with that space. TIA

JC Whitney has some rectangular gauges but they're REALLY expensive ($200).
