5.0 bumper?
#5
I tried searching now aswell....Must have gotten deleted?? Anyways the basics of it is that it was narrowed about 3 inches and it was cut from under the trim of the mustang bumper so it would tuck under mine. Thats pretty much it, except for the filling in of the word mustang and some other minor things.

I was able to find the write up yesterday... It was part of another thread...
The write up was written as if you built it one week and then wrote about it the next, which IIRC is exactly what you did.
It's missing little details like exactly what you used to attach but two halves of the bumper together, locations of mount points, dimentions of the support you put behind it, and the year and body style of the Mustang it came from.
I really admire your work and wanna recreate it because I'm an unoriginal bastard... If you could supply those kinda details, that'd be great.

Yah it took me about 2 or 3 days to do. The bumper came off a 1990 mustang GT. Mounting points just depends on how low you want the bumper to come, i did it so that it would be equal to the front skirt. The supports where just some little metal bars which attach to random places underneath, nothing fancy. Also i renforced where the bumper was cut in half by using some fiberglass to make sure it stays strong and doesn't crack.
