were can i get a set of rotors upgraded to 3 mm ? and how much

 

12A and GSL-SE 13B both use 3mm apex seals stock.

 

for a turbo 13b

 

Mazdatrix, pineapple, Rotary resurrection all do the machine work needed to use 3mm seals on s4/s5 rotors. Im sure some other places do to but thats the ones that came up to mind.

All rotarys prior to 86 had 3mm seals except the very first 12As, which had 6mm carbon seals. Mazda does not make a turbo with 3mm seals, but the 2mm rotors can be machined to 3mm. There really isn't that much of a need to go to 3mm seals, unless you have no faith in the tuner.
