Airflow is my life
What FW will you be using? If its a lightweight that bolts to the CW then leave the tranny in. If your using a stock FW then the motor gotta come out. Dont forget to put in a pilot bearing in the E shaft!

Now since I am doing this as well (actually 4spd auto... close enough) and I have a bad feeling that I forgot to put the pilot bearing in. Aside from pulling out the motor and checking, is there anyway I can tell if one is installed? What would happen if there was no pilot bearing in there?
