boost is any pressure after atmostspheric pressure, which is 14.7. so a normal engine has a good chunk of vaccum (or negiitive manifold pressure) and at wide open throtte at decnet rpm 3k + you are at 0 psi. a turbo forces air in making postive boost, once again you'll still have vaccum when your light on the gas but when you mash it you can watch your boost gauge fly up and down. hope that helps you out

I have already heard them up close and really like the look and sound on a Turbo rotary.
Yes it is. It is number 14828. I picked it up off of Bestautopartsonline.com. They have the cheapest prices for magnaflow that I have seen.

There is also two (2) or the 12649 under neith the car.

How quiet is that? Have you reved it yet under boost?
That must sound quieter than stock.

The turbo and the protesting transmission are louder than the exhaust. Which is what I wanted. My nieghbors have been throwing roten vegatables at me for the last two years for haveing a very loud car. If for anybody its for them, not calling the cops when they could have.

Nothin wrong with PVC plumbing.
Let us know if you are able to increase boost.

hmmmm...

well done, question though. DO you have a boost dependant sensor for fuel or somehow compensate for the boost increase and extra fuel delivery required under full throttle conditions? Or are you just running the carb really rich?

13K Redline is correct. I am using a boost referenced Aeromotive regulator, which is geting it's boost signal from the bonnet. If you don't increase the fuel pressure with the boost the fuel will quite litteraly be pushed back through the fuel line to the fuel tank.
