Apparently you didn't read through my writeup in the archives very well. By placing the fmoc directly behing the round brace, you won't get much, if any air flow through the fmoc. In your 1st pic, the hardline part of the long line is too long. It should have been cut off behind the cross member, a new barb brazed on, so the line would be straighter and not make that un-needed bend. A standard 1/2" barb is easily brazed on our metric hardlines.

I hope the wire ties are for wires and not the fmoc.

In case you missed my writeup, here's the link.

I'm with Trochoid. There is still some work to be done on your install. Your lines have far too many unecessary bends in them. I can see where you put the hose clamp on the top line to keep it from kinking. This should not be necessary. You need to take those lines off and go to a hydraulic shop. They can get you some hydraulic hoses, fittings, and clamps that will fix all your hose problems for about $20-$30. Well worth it.

1) Have them cut the steel line that goes to the rear plate, and braze a hose barb on it.

2) Have them cut the ferrules off of the other three fittings, so that you can re-use the fittings. Don't try to cut them off yourself. You'll damage them. I guarantee it.

3) Then you just need some hose and clamps and you can make your own lines, using the fittings from the old lines!

Also, I definitely recommend looking at Trochoid's method of mounting the oil cooler. PLEASE do not use zip ties. It's not safe for you, your car, or other motorists. I can't really tell from the pictures, but it looks like that's how you've got it mounted. Not safe or effective...

You've got the gist of it. Just a little more tweaking and you'll be done!

If using zipties go w/ the heavy duty ones at Lowes or HomeDepot.
