Welcome to the forum....

To answer your question is ...yes, with some modification.

With that said, you need to do some research man. A question like that is a red flag that you don't know alot about FB's and the many options of making them fast. You have many options that could suite you better and be more wise than what you know at this point. I really suggest taking alot of time and doing some research on this site. This site has a standing record for taking rotary newbies and making them full blown turbo setup building junkies. Below are the links for the FAQ and Archive sections. These will get you started and always remember that the search button is probably the most powerful tool. Believe me when I say that pretty much everything that you can think of has already been discussed. Good luck and enjoy!!

Do some homework first, pm Aaron Cake on his spacer for the TII turbo manifold. If I was to go down this road on a budget, I would purchase or make a manifold which will place the turbo further forward away from the intake so you can still use the 5th and 6th port actuators. I would be very conservative on the turbo. Many would say go standalone, which would be best. But if it's a budget, I would do a locked distributor, then add a couple additional injectors with a boost referenced injector controller.
