If this one turns out to be as nice as claimed and clears title it might be the better deal. You'll need to find out how much it costs to purchase and then restore the first one and then compare that to the lowest price that the owner of the nicer one will accept.

I'm guessing that you just might be further ahead buying the nicer one, and then forking over the $600 for the other one to restore at a future date...
