I agree, even 17's can look too big if you get the wrong wheel or offset.I run 17"s because of my big brakes and widebody, but my old 15" Centerlines looked just right on a mostly stock body.....
My old 15" Boyds, before the 15" Centerlines went on....

I like your wheels Max7...OnlyOnThurs, you're wheels look better in person. Dana and I have been trying to find a clean set since the last cruise you and I went on. I'd love to get a set of Pana's or the ROH Snypers.....But, I need to wait until I do my widebody and see where I stand.....Thanks again for coming over and helping me with the rat's nest removal...I think now I have a timing issue, lol.......

well, it depends -----
Before you even start looking seriously at wheels, consider the following:
1. What kind of tires do you want to run? There are some pretty good tires available for 15s, but a lot more variety of low profile, high tech tires for 17s. Don't even think about 18s unless you want that Rubber Band look.
2. Will you ever want to do a big brake upgrade? If so, 15s are the minimum.
3. The 14 inch 1983 Limited Edition wheels someone showed here are very nice and very light weight, but you are limited on tire choices for those. If this is just a daily driver those would be a good choice. I have them on my red/silver 1984, painted to match with 60 series tires. My beige car has the 15 inch BBS alloys from a 1990 convertible, with 50 series tires - these wheels are also very light weight and slightly wider.

The body kit is part Mariah Mode 1 and part on-off....
The fenders are off the shelf Mariah.
The side skirts are the same ones as in the old picturce, but cut and shaped to follow the Mariah fender curves.
The rear skirt is the same as the old Mazdatrix(Wings West) skirt, except it was cut and shaped to be compatible with the fenders and to be removable with the rear bumper.
The wing is a rare Mariah GTO wing.Originally made for the mid 80's racers,it was banned from competition because it worked too good.Mariah hadent made one in almost 10 years, but I begged them!
