Those look like the $35 a piece wheels you buy for a pickup truck.

I think those will look cool, as long as they tuck inside the fenders.

They're made of steel, right? Thats really light for a steel wheel. Kosei's are like 11.5lbs, and there all alluminum.

Your car isn't ugly... but i dunno I guess it's me....but those wheels look awkward on your car. Your car is missing something.

I guess it's how you took the picture....maybe I've gotta see it in person again to take a double look, but it does look wierd.

Nice anyway

Hey kurt......

By the way, looking at it closer, why does your car look more RAISED than it did with the stock wheels? What did you do?

I bought the same 15x7 diamond wheels for my '85, but ended up selling them because they stuck out too far, looked goofy, and rubbed the front fenders far more than a good fender roll would fix. Lowering springs probably didn't help. Aside from the crazy off-roading lift kit, it looks like Mr. Drifter's fit the same.

Carl, what backspacing do your 13x7s and 13x8s have?

What size/brand are those tires? The car definetely has the 4x4 look now, but I like the rims...a lot. If the car was slammed on em...drool.

Of course, I like my 15" Panas more, but only because I got a great deal on them used - for my other RX, I'm very tempted to get some of these Diamond rims in black with 205/50/15 Azeni's all the way around for my daily driver combo (in TX, we don't need no stinkin all season tires).

i plan on the springs. but not until i get a new rear end...and maybe a camber/caster kit for the front..

(THIS THING STICKS LIKE GLUE NOW) i took a 90 degree at around 60mph, and the tire's didnt even make a sound. (whereas before i was screeching at 45mph on the same turn)

4" backspacing on the 13x8 and one of the 13x7 sets. 4 1/4" on the other 13x7.

4" bs is the standard Diamond will make if you ask for 1st gen rx7 wheels. The 7's work with rolling the fender lips (standard in ITA), also the car has coil overs. The 8's were used for CSP Autox. The rears rubbed a little even with the lips rolled. The fronts required the stock little flare be cut off the fender. The 4 1/4" bs wheels will fit on a stock suspension, no rolled lips.
