Take the suspension AND SPARE while you're at it. My SE donor didn't have a spare and I forgot to grab one. My donut's useless now... Anyway, the SE has larger vented rear discs and two-piece hubs up front along with a taller 5th gear and shorter rear end and much more common bolt pattern. It all just bolts into a GSL, though. Just gotta bother to take it. The engine will need a lot of work if you're gonna keep it EFI, but if you go with a carb it would be fairly easy. Just get a good idea of what you want before you start.

Keep Right Except to Pass
You need the the front crossmember and the rest of the drivetrain while you're at it. It's easier that way everything matches up.
The wiring is going to be a real bitch you'll find. To swap out the whole harness you'll need to get at one that goes across up in the dash and it looked like a real pain.
When I did it I managed a hybrid setup that took too much thinking while working with haynes schematics. In the end I was left with an excellent running rig with only the tipover fuel switch disabled.
Best of luck with it.
Cheers
