If your running an SE or 2nd gen 13B then you will need to use a GSL-SE front cover. The OMP for those engines has 4 oil feed pipes and a different bolt pattern.
The left side wires(assuming your running an FC engine) will power the CAS,coils, fuel pump,ECU power relay and circuit opening relay.
The factory service manual is THE BEST source of wiring scematics and flow charts. If you cant figure it out from that, then you shouldnt be doing the swap. There is one page in particular that lays it ALL out. Go to the teamfc3s.org site FAQ and click on the FSM button for your series of engine(86-88 and 89-91)
http://www.teamfc3s.org/main/factory...tems_turbo.pdf
Page 9 of 86 is the ONLY page I needed to wire up the S5 engine. Its very basic and complete.I looked breifly in the S4 FSM but didnt find a similar page.If you scroll through it thoroughly,Im sure you could find it for the S4 engine electrical,if thats what your doing.Patience, a soldering gun, shrink tube, and procees of elimination will make wiring the 10-15 left side wires a breeze.
