12A Rebuild not starting after 1 month.. help please!
Hey everyone, my friend got his 12A rebuilt a month or even more ago. He also got a small street port done to it at the same time. Hes running an old school set up (turbo), he has posted a few times, his user name is Old Tex.
Well, what I need help on is, trying to get the motor started. My friend and I have tryed on several occasions to try n get the motor to start. After all this time, hes only got it running (barely) 1 time b4 it died. We've tryed just about everything, even pulling it down the street, it wouldnt even start for 1 second doing that.
I mean, im kinda sceptical on the guy that did the rebuild, i personally think thats why, i think the guy did a half *** job and threw it together. The guy that rebuilt it was some guy named Ron outta Jacksonville. My friend found him through EBAY, no feedbacks nothing, I warned him, but refused to listen.
Anyway, any information would be greatly appreciated, I would love to see his 79' Limited Edition running again.

All the connections that he needs are connected, he removed all his emissions crap. All the fluids are in there too.

its probably flodded by now, and they dont unflood easy. I believe there is a fusable link that can cut off the fuel pump. Find it, remove it, try to start it. Crank it a few times, then plug it back in and try again. May work, i dunno, im more of a 13b person
