12a carb on 13b s4

Afaik, Rotary Engineering never made ITBs. Racing Beat does make a UIM that bolts to the stock S4 LIM. With that, you can bolt on Tweak-it's ITBs, keeping your fuel injection and 4 injectors.

Post some pics. I haven't seen those listed in their old catalogs. All I've seen is the dual Weber DCD set up of which I have 2, one is on the widebody.
As far as mating the 12A intake to an S4 engine, you'll need to make an adapter plate. RE made the Weber setup for both the 12A and old the style 13B 4-port.

You mean, convert from turbo to NA? Yeah, just take the turbo off. But the intake from an old-school 4-port 13B won't work on a turbo engine if that's what you're wondering.

If you must go carb on a TII engine, then see if you can find a Jay-Tech intake. They take a Holley carb which would be my last choice of a carb for a rotary. If you're just looking for more power, rebuild that 12A, sp the primaries and bp the secondaries. That's how I have the engine set up in the widebody. Hitting 2nd gear at 8k rpm will put it sideways, even with the 245/50/15 tires. The advantage of the RE DCDs is it's intake. The primary and secondary runners are totally separate. With a 1/2-sp 1/2-bp it will run like an sp on the primaries, hang on to your *** when the secondaries open up.
If you carb a TII with it's low compression rotors, it will be slower than a GSL-SE with the same exhaust mods.
