i have an 83 rx7 that has a 12a motor in it and i want to put a 87 13b motor in the 83 how much trouble will i run in to will intakes swap and will my distributer fit in the 13b and will the 13b bolt to the 12a tranny the 12a is carb. and 13b is fuelinjection

I want to help you down the right path. The swap has been done many times. Here a a few tips.

1. Please don't take any of these suggestion as a put down, we're here to help.
2. The first thing you might want to try first is the search function.
3. Write your post in complete questions. Don't jumble everything in one on-going question.
4. You will need a 12A or 13B GSL-SE front cover.
5. 13B Oil Pan
6. The 12A intake will not bolt up to the 13B. It will require an aftermarker intake or an adapter plate.
7. The 12A carb will work, but will require some reworking. An aftermarket carb will work better.
8. 13B Header
