Did you do this yet? If you have compression then start checking other things, if you don't then don't bother with anything else, you need to rebuild your engine first.

90 and above = good to go. preferably closer to 100 or so. anything around 80 and below = rebuild time.

If you're in the Detroit Metro area I could help you.
Where are you in MI?

I checked it out i have 80 psi in the rear rotar and a big 0 in the front, i looked in the spark plug hole as close as i could with a lil mirror and i turned the motor over with the alternator and i could see a apex seal that was totally cracked in half
My friend has a 12a rotary motor which he is gonna put into a Lotus kit car that he was going to rebuild and replace all the internals anyway and port etc. i figured that i could just give him my motor plus some money, anyway he is scared if we swap just the blocks that the rotar housing from my motor will be fucked, what could i tell him to help insure him or we could do to make the rotar housing pretty again if it is damaged so now i'm hoping that my rotar and rotar housing arn't fucked.
Oh bruceman i live in the Grand Rapids area you wouldn't happen to have a spare 12a front rotar and rotar housing laying around would you lol
