1.) Why the heck do you want a 13" rim?

2.) No way in hell will you fit an 8" rim with 4 offset in the front. Might be okay in the back...

Cpa7 And Smn Thank You For Your Replies And The Search!

But To Smnc Or To Anyone Else For That Matter That Might Know The Answer To #2

1. I Want Them For The Track Lol

2. They Wont Fit How In The Front? Are They Going To Rub On The Inside Or Are They Going To Stick Out?

Because If They Are Going To Stick Out Its Ok Since I Will Be Able To Slap On Some Cp Racing Fender Flares To Take Care Of The Problem If Thats The Case.

lower number means the wheels will be further from the springs.

13" wont fit SE brakes under them..you need at least 14"

You right, I meant - (Negative offset) with an 8"...
Though after some measuring, it MIGHT sqeak in there.... Depends on your springs and tires...

really are you sure they dont fit over se brakes? damn it ...... i could have sworn someone in here on the forums has 13" rims on there se....

but a lower number means the will stick out then? would that be ok then with some cp racing fender flares?

They'll stick out no matter what. 7" is about the largest that will fit in the stock fender...

The question is if they'll clear the springs...
If you go with front coil-overs, I'd say yes.

With stock springs it'll be tight... I'd say probably yes, but you might need a small wheel spacer...

I dunno about fitting over the brakes tho... I've never thought about putting a 13" rim on there...

Don't think they'll fit over the calipers. If I look at my -se with the factory original wheels, the clearance already looks fairly tight. Also with the factory offset, I'm already within an inch of the fenders in front with stock size tires. I'm guessing, but even with flares, I think you would have to cut out some of the fender (under the flair).

There's another guy on the forum who's got a gsl-se, and said that he got the rota rb's. His screen name is something like "Rhino61" I think. I never heard how it worked out though. I wouldn't use them for anything but autox/track days. I'm pretty sure they fit though. They just stick out past the fenders a ways. The important thing is that they fit over your calipers. You will have to run some very small diameter tires also. Like 215/50/13's or 225/45/13's. These usually only come in "r" compounds, and aren't meant for the street.
