how about a set of eibach srings or you could get the header and cat replacement pipe from racing beat for now and buy the muffler later should get you about 15hp and 15 lbs of torque for only about $300

Banned. I got OWNED!!!
Get an MSD but make sure you hook it up correctly. [heh]
It'll make starting on the morning after Christmas a lot easier.

Hell, I don't know if I had it hooked up right or not. I've gone through two 6ALs that ended up smoking after a week. Next time I'm going to be more careful where I put the ignition on/off wire. I know that I had intended to put it on trailing positive, but the second one ended up on trailing negative. As for the first, I'm not sure where it was as it was disassembled on the side of the road to get the car going.

I read your email
If you want the most bang for your buck then get a header and high flow-cat like wwilliam54 suggested or get spings and shocks like schwarzer ritter suggested. An MSD will be okay but not for the price. Oh and the V1 is a good suggestion too. How about tires? For $400 you could get Sumitomo's and have enough left over to maybe buy springs OR shocks?

Airflow is my life
Absolutely. If your still stock, exhaust is the first place to start. RB header and hi flow cat, or RB header and presilencer if you dont need emissions. And if you got any $ left over, my airbox kit is only $45.

Do your suspension. Wont make your car go any faster, but it will be a night and day difference in the twisties.
As far as the Radar detector, I have the Pasport 8500, cost me $299 and has paid itself off fully about 3 times.
Has all the features of the Valentine, but no arrows.

hey rx7 carl, whats this airbox kit? Youve sparked an interest. What it looks like to me so far is the RB Cat replacemenmt pipe ($90) and the RB streetable header ($189). Ill be running those with the stock setup, and thats just replacement bolt on crap right? I hate welding.

Yo... hate to be the one to burst the bubbles... but an RB cat replacement pipe does the exact same thing as the RB header. They replace teh first two cats. The only difference in the two is that an RB header will give you more horsepower and torque due to the better airflow conducted by the two pipes and lengths. So either get one or the other because if you get both you will be pretty disappointed cuz they both go to on teh same place. Now if ur talking about a PRE-SILENCER... THEN i am disregard this post. A pre-silencer replaces the last (biggest) cat and if you want your header or cat replacement pipe to line up with ur exhaust... you are gonna need the pre-silencer.
Just given you teh 411 so you don't go spend 390 dollars on a cat replacement pipe and header and come to find that you have 2 things for teh same purpose.

Airflow is my life
Yup should all be a bolt on. 90$ for a cat test pipe? I bought one at www.testpipe.com for $30. I sold it to another member already though, sorry.
The airbox kit enhances the intake flow, but still uses the stock air box. Its a DIY thing, it takes a little work but makes cheap power you can feel. read this

I have a brand new, never used RB Presilencer for a 12A if you're looking. $130 shipped. That'll leave you enough money for your header & a couple other small stuffs.
