I tend to have a good amount of time I suppose...
I am taking roughly 16 Units this semester to try and get done with it all and collect my AS and certificates in Automotive Technology. I also work part time at a Toyota Dealership, but I'd say Monday-Friday I have a good 4-6 hours of free time I could use for work on the car.
Huh... Didn't realize how truly lazy I've been until I thought about it...

well since it's the only car i have, i drive it every day. so this makes it hard to do the things i want to do to it, like convert to FI. outside of the normal oil changes and replacing parts when they need it, i really don't have to do anything to it.

"As needed". Which, actually, isn't all that much. Give her an oil change every few months, and that's about it. I much prefer driving than wrenching.
Working on a clutch replacement right now though. Spent Sunday cleaning the garage, got her in there and pulled the hood off, drained the coolant, and that's about it. Trying to spend an hour or so each night tinkering around (not in much of a hurry to get it done, so I'm making assorted improvements as I go). With the wife, kids, dogs, work, etc. I don't get a lot of spare time to do stuff like this, so any real work tends to take a lot longer than it should. I just need to make sure she's ready for the next race, but that's a couple weeks away yet.

Now that my move is over I spend alot time wrenching on the weekends now. So short and sweet i average like 8-9 hours a day on the weekends. Weekdays I have no time because of work and I am coaching my son's soccer team. For now every replacement part and mod that I had on the shelf is now installed. This weekend I have plans of driving to all the local junkyards and scrounging for parts.

i spend no time on it. it's been sitting at my girlfriend's parents' house for 2 years now as it waits to transition from streetcar to dedicated racecar. i miss driving a Gen I and i want to get another as soon as my circumstances permit me to do so.

Currently I am doing almost nothing to the autocross car....it is so troublefree now.... Just put gas in her and go race!!! This week changing out the tires on the autocross car.... looked at the front rotors...prolly need a brake job in a couple of months...the Hawk racing pads have their way of eating rotors for lunch!!
The black car has some work to do...just waiting for cooler Texas weather before I take them on...
