Is ZoomFest going to happen anymore? At RA? Somewhere else?

You'll have to talk to Kristy for that one Tim. Billy traded all intellectual property rights to ZoomFest for a beer, I think. Maybe a hot dog.... What do you think about Little Tally?

I think it was a beer AND hot dog Crit.

Yes, Kristy has the ball on that one. Little Tally raised the priced this year but I am sure we could put something together but it would be $200 or so per now.

I was telling them to do a Canadian Zoom-Fest There's a new track opening up this spring 45 min or so from the shop ... should be fun and will definitely be my new testing grounds for my car.

Thanks for all your help supporting the community Billy!

Look forward to working with you Sam. If you need a place to crash or a bite to eat around Daytona next time you make it down here let me know. I have enjoyed following your build. I am looking foward to that Rotrex system. Sounds like it could be perfect for my SE.

Yes sir. The GSL-SE should be there as well unless I have more than one other person coming with me in which case I'll bring one of the others.

Could be mistaken but that is probably a picture of an S5-FD adaptor. I don't think anyone is making an S4-FD one currently

I was going to suggest the same thing. We need something to compete with the Racing Beat exhaust system, since Mindtrain systems are no longer available.

A store front is awesome. It's only a 5 hour drive from Cleveland. A one-day trip to pick up a Rack and Pinion is worth it. And +1 on making a fuel tank and exhaust system!

We completely understand that you need to do some R&D plus complete back orders from Billy it is just everyone is so excited. I will definitely be in on the fuel tank with a sump for external for my SA once you begin production. For now, I am sumping my stock one and hope it wont fall apart on me. That is the biggest priority for me. Once I start my body work I will be looking into doing a under plate fuel fill thing like my old dodge charger had and will probably work with you on getting it made since I have a feeling others will want that too once it has been done.

I been hearing from my family that I am still receiving parts from you guys and I am very happy it is such. Actually I think my struts came in last week and Billy told me my sway bar will arrive soon once I am done with my build I will probably drive up to your store to get a picture taken in front of it for me and you. at that time I will see if I can fit one of your strut bars on there and if so drive away with it (has a LS1 inside).

We'll be more than happy to help you out. It would be nice to have someone with, and please don't flame me here, a 305 or 350 in a first gen to see if the subframe would work on those cars.

yep, Im going to be the first. once I get home from this tour the swap begins. flame away if you want but I double badded the car by swapping out the rotory and it is a 79, lol. I have identified a few parts that will be concern but I also found a few ways around it. until I am at the car with motor going in I wont know for sure. heck it may even be an easy thing to do.

Come july you will probably be getting pm's and phone calls from me every hour about this and that, lol

Congrats Sam!
Its really exciting to see ReSpeed has moved up here, north of the border! haha
Just too bad the switch was made right after I deck my car out with all the ReSpeed goodies

One thing I had mentioned to Billy a while back was that I would be very interested in some steering arms for the R+P swap with a bit better ackerman geometry.

If you would consider working on this with me, I would gladly pay for your services and offer my car as a test mule!

Please let me know if this is something you would consider.

Thanks, wish you the best of luck as the new face of ReSpeed!

Cheers,
Alex Brett

I have only owned an FC to this point, but this is still exciting news. Anytime a motor-sport company makes a huge jump into a store front, it makes me feel good that you can still have a good amount of business in a somewhat dismal economy.

Congrats RE-Speed & FB owners.

This does look promising. I have always been a big supporter of Billy and Re-Speed. I will continue to do so
Best of luck guys!
