Any FB Owners Near Harrisonburg, VA???
Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone is close to Harrisonburg, VA??? I am currently attending JMU and would love to meet up with some fellow FBs, go for a cruise or share some techincal info (need some tips on the 7) would be great!
Also, there are plenty of events like car shows and cruises held JMU's car club. Shoot me a PM or post.

MODS: please don't move this to the NE section, as only .00002% of the forum population goes there

I am not real close (about 2 hours from you, I guess). I'm in Lynchburg. BTW: Do they have many meets and stuff around central VA? I've only been here for about a year. I am from Oregon and it was much easier to follow the NW section of the forum since there were only about 3 states really. I have found it a bit difficult to follow the NE section because it covers so many states. Perhaps they should separate it into NE and mid-Altantic regions. There weren't too many meets in Oregon, but the Washington folks had a lot of get togethers.

To answer some of your questions: Yes, there are plenty of meets and cruise that my car club puts on. BTW, that remindes me, we are actually doing a 33 West cruise, which is an AWESOME road that goes over a mountain into Virginia, this Friday (10/26) at 4pm and this Sunday in the afternoon time if anyone is interested.
either way, we should all get together and find a central meeting location and meet up there. I would be willing to drive an hour or so to meet up with you guys.
Let me know

I went to Madison quite a while ago, but live in Texas now. Good place to check out would be Foreign Car Service on North Main by the Little Grill. Place is owned by a guy named Jim Short. He's got a very nice FD, and he is usually racing some car or another in SCCA. The other mechanic there is Neil Maddox. He races a Spec 7. Think he won the regional championship one year. Really good shop run by nice guys. They are the only shop I've ever found that I would actually trust to work on my car. Sometimes has some parts cars, etc. available, too. They built a catheram 7 with a TII swap while I was there. Badass...
I remember Rt 33 well, by the wy. Another good road to check out is Mt Clinton Pike...

Guys need one of you to go to http://www.swracecars.com/ in Spring City, PA to have your car measured so that they can make roll cages for our cars.
