These are old pics, my car is currently at the body shop receiving a fresh coat of paint so I can show off hopefully this summer, god willing. I appreciate these forums it allows us to show off are Rx’s with no shame. Hope you enjoy these pics just as much as I do.

There is never any shame in showing off an RX-7. I take mine to the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix International Car show every years and it collects a lot of eyeballs. Not only that, it has become a rare car. I would venture a guess that there are more Cobras and Cobra replicas than there are 1st gen RX-7s at the show. My 1 owner '84 GSL at the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix.
That's super clean!
I see it once had a car phone like the Tornado Grey one I had in my garage (with a worn out engine) for years. Same interior color!
The original owner was a assistant DA in Ventura County, CA and he had a phone installed in it. I just figured there are 4 screws on the mount and if I remove it I will have 4 holes, so I just left it there. It doesn't bother me and it's not in the way of anything. And I must return the compliment, your RX7 is "amazing."

Remarkably enough, I am the original owner of a Tornado Silver, burgundy interior, '84 GSL who also spent nearly 34 years as an Assistant DA in Pittsburgh. I had the good sense not to put a phone in it though.
3 generations of RX-7 showed up for the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix Car Cruise at the Waterfront yesterday evening. It was nice to have company for a change. Mine is the FB.
