Thanks! You can stay My inspiration was old American muscle-car ducktails, that kinda look. It's actually a 240Z one cos I always thought that was like a mini-sized muscle car and it fitted perfectly, if not aesthetically, it seems

Would a different angle persuade you guys?

For me it just doesn't "flow" with the cars body lines like the popular lip spoilers.
It just just up straight into the air right at the end, that's just my opinion.
It makes sense it's from a 240 though it looked familiar.

I do like your wheel choices. Brand, size, offset, etc?

Fair enough, thanks for that. I've had a real 50/50 split of opinions about it, the "nays" saying pretty much what you just did. I'd have happily gone with no spoiler at all at the time, but that would have meant welding holes and re-spraying where the original one came off, so basicall I had to get something on as an interim measure.

As to the wheels, the rear are Sharak (they have a name like Double-Star IIRC). They're Japanese but I haven't been able to find much more than that about them, it may even be an "Engrish" miss-spelling of "Shark" for all I know. Y'know, like "Starion"... They're 14" diameter, 6 inch rim and an offset of +10.
The fronts are Watanabes, also 14" but unknown offset and width. In comparison to the originals and the Sharaks I'd say the offset is ~+25 and they're probably about 5 inches rim judging by what size of tyre we could get on without bulging.

They might have to change soonish, if I can't get the car lower without smashing up the front bumper I'll have to get slightly bigger wheels to fill the arch gap a bit, I think. I'll throw on another nay vote... Wings just don't look right on this car in my oppinion. Also, your's kinda faces upwards awkwardly.



Do you have a backup cam on there?

No, it's the foglight. Got to have one in the UK by law, so I swapped the stock one for an LED effort because the Mazda one was really nasty;
