This is a thread to setup a caravan to deals gap in April. Maybe even meet up with guys in GA or on the way. Who is in?

 

I was actually thinking about making the same thread the other day... you beat me to it.....lol

What day are you leaving?

I'm heading up to ATL on Wednesday(staying the night) to meet up with the ATL caravan for Thrusday afternoon.
It would be nice to get a Fla caravan together and drive up to meet the ATL people.

plus if you plan it all out now, you arent in a crunch to get time off work/book hotel etc etc at the last minute.

im definitely in for any caravan. we should arrange for west coast and central guys to meet up with east coast guys along the way, maybe daytona or something.

First of all, I need to thank Bryan Conn (reddozen) for making the site and getting it running. He is the MAN when it comes to websites!!! Thanks Bryan!


Now, what's new on the site..

-The biggest thing we implemented is the forum. Now people can chat at one place vs. all different forums. This also helps when you meet fellow enthusiasts at the event and chat on the forum until next year's event.

-Vendor/Sponsor sub forums. Vendors and Sponsors can run a Group buy and now they can advertise specific items and also support their products on DGRR. Like I always said, without their support, DGRR wouldn't be possible. So, please support those who support DGRR vs. some other vendors.

-DGRR Store. This is to sell DGRR related products... such as DGRR event video, DGRR previous event shirts, decals, etc..

-Lastly, easier navigation of the site...

So, please sign up for DGRR 2012 and join the new DGRR community!!!

My plans are set... I already got the days off from work.
I'm leaving Wednesday driving to Atl staying the night then meeting up with the Atl caravan thurs morning

 

That was a good plan by you last year. Making the trip all in one day was looooong for us FL boys.

 

still too early guys...thats why most FL guys were staying at Bysons City because they waited till the last min????

I believe it's because of parking.... Not enough space for trailers at the village.

 

That's right no where to park the trucks plus the trailers once u have unloaded the FD. Plenty of space at the microtel inn

ok... so lets get a list going of who is heading up THURS morning, and where we're leaving from.... that way we can setup caravans and then all meet up with the big ATL caravan.

the ATL caravan leaves at 230pm, so we have to plan accordingly to meet up with them in time.
i am planning on heading straight up i75 all the way to ATL, so that means tampa, ocala, gainseville etc are along the way, so we could make those all stop where people join in.
