The things you see at Mosport.... (56K beware!!)

Hey guys,

For those who had to work today, you've missed 1 hell of a Ferrari meet at Mosport! I know, I know, it's not rotary related, but there was at least 1 rotary on track.
Don't know if he's on the RX-8 forum, but he seems to push the car really nice. Keeps those pesky Porsche's behind...

Here are some of the pics taken today... This was perhaps the best Ferrari day I've ever had the pleasure of attending...

Vicious_27,

This was yesterday, part of their Ferrari Day Mosport has during the season. This is the last official Ferrari day, but most of these guys show up on regular club meets/track days. So you get to know alot of the cars...

The FXX was lapping together with its 360 GT. They were there doing testing. They ran early in the morning, and the FXX was scheduled to run again later in the afternoon.

Balzz,
Yeah, a friend of mine also got a ride in it earlier in the week. People go crazy about getting drives in these sort of cars.

For me, it was enough to be in the presense of this type of vehicles! Nothing is going to be like driving them, so getting a "ride" in it really isn't a priority to me...

Why didn't you put the FD on the track? I bet that lowely mazda would show a thing or two to those prissy machines and their prissy owners

Cheers,

Oh I know the FD would take more than a few Prancing Horses by surprise. But to own a Ferrari is more than just owning a "fancy" car... it's more of a lifestyle...
At the end of the day you still drive a Mazda... Not that there's anything wrong with that...
