Hey guys www.boneoutLA.com / www.bumoff.com & M2 Motoring will be doing a carmeet to raise some money to donate to Japan Relief. 100% of the proceeds will go to the American Red Cross or the Japanese Red Cross.

I'll post any updates here as they come up.

The meet will be held at the parking lot of Target off the 10 fwy on Rosemead Blvd and Marshall St. We are asking for a minimum of $5 donation per car/bike (you may donate more but $5 is all we are asking) Remember 100% of the proceeds are going to the Japan Relief. This has been posted on multiple forums so it will be a big gathering of many types of cars. Come out and represent for rotary!

rommellikewhoa is rommel in real form haha. Hmmm I was at jaimes bbq before the most recent one and I went to the gardena meet once. Ill be out more now though since my car just got tuned this weekend and its ready to go. I have the white fc with gold r33 wheels and the big garage bb wing.

So how do we get to verify that the donations are actually going to Red Cross? I just want to be sure. That's the main thing that's keeping me from committing.

Hah since I know the people organizing this, I had not thought about this at all but from your guy's point I could understand and see this as being an issue. What would work for you? I was just thinking right now and maybe we could count the money right there and do the donation on the redcross website. They take donation through their website so we could do it in person so everyone could see. Lmk what you think about that or if you have any other ideas because I'd like all of you to come.

edit: I'm going to call the red cross in pasadena and see if they could have someone there collect for us. If they are willing then that would be awesome.
