Exclamation Exhaust Video / Sound Clips - Post em here

Since deciding on what exhaust to get largely depends on the sound, a few members and I thought it would be a good idea to get a thread going and make it a sticky. So please post your video clips that have sound (or just the sound clips). Make sure to describe your setup, including all the exhaust components, single or TT, and type of port.

Thanks everyone,
Tom

Oh, btw...I am SOOOOOO glad you did this!! I was thinking about changing to RB dual tip with a Borla XR1!! You just sold me on it!! Sounds EXCELLENT!

Here's my annoying *** setup...ATR catback with dp/mp. Tone is actually okay above 4000 rpm, sounds like a rocket ship taking off. But it is just toooo damn loud!

GT-spec anyone?

Does anybody have and sound clips or vids of an FD w/ the A'pex GT-spec catback? I know this is pretty much the highest flowing catback for the FD, and I like its looks even if its a bit ricey. Anyone?????

What is really needed is a standardized clip... Many video camera mics vary in their ability to record certain ranges...

Maybe the next RX-7 meet I go to where there will be a lot of cars I'll take my camera and get a clip of every car and make it all one movie so that the exhausts can be accurately compared.

Indeed a VERY good point Wargasm!!! If you can do that at the next meet, you will be a VERY honored man around here Make sure you take a notepad and pen with you and have each car owner right down his mods/pieces/engine port.

Thats great Forcefed.....keep em comming.
The more there is the better it helps peeps out!

For your old exhaust , take a look underneath when you put the Borla on, and see what it is(obviously HAHA).
If you dont see any writing to tell you what it is, just let us know your set up......DP, MP, diameter etc, and we will go by that.

Now if we can just make this a"sticky" like we been asking!! You can see people are interested.

cheers
Shawn

we already have at least 135 rx7s pre-registered for the rx7 revolution in april, perhaps that would be an ample opportunity for your standardized clip. rx7 revolution
